When you contact support
The feedback helper prepares a draft in your email app, or copies a message for you to paste. It does not submit a form to our server. If you send the email, its contents and your sender address are shared with support and handled by the email providers involved. Attach photos or a cube link only if you want to share them.
Cube colors and scramble text
The application processes cube colors, camera frames and selected photos in your browser. They are not sent to a recognition or solving service. Camera access is requested only when you press “Open camera”.
Accounts and storage
This version has no accounts, payments, analytics, ads or application cookies. Photos and manual colors share one cube per size, saved in your browser with small photo previews, grid corrections and solution progress. Refreshing restores that cube when storage is available. Clear all or Start over resets the cube and its photo previews. Undo history lasts while the page is open. You can remove all saved data in your browser settings.
Hosting and external links
A copied cube link includes your colors and step in its URL fragment. Anyone you give that link to can open the same cube. The app does not send the fragment to a solving server.
Your browser still requests the website’s HTML, scripts, and other assets from the hosting provider. That provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, under its own policies. External reference links open other websites with their own privacy practices.
